Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve

Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves are available from EDMUND VALVE COMPANY. Edmund Valve Company are specialists in manufacturing quality trunnion mounted ball valves. Available in sizes from 2″ – 48″ and class ratings 150 through 2500. Our trunnion mounted ball valves can be made in Raised Face (RF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) to specification ANSI B16.5 and Butt Weld (BW) to specification ANSI B16.25. Other end connections are available on request.

Edmund Valve Company Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves are manufactured according to API 6D. Our range is tested vigorously to API 598 and design standard ANSI B16.34. All of our products are supplied with EN10204 3.1 Test Certification. Further testing is available on customer request such as; radiography testing and Non-destructive Testing (NDT).

Manufactured in forged and Cast materials as well as machined from bar for the end of project requirements, so we can deliver in the shortest time possible.  3-piece; 2-piece & 1-piece flanged and butt-weld type are our key range, thereafter special design are assessed and made on a project by project basis.

All our trunnion mounted ball valves are available in a double block and bleed specification. We are able to customise valves with, actuation (pneumatic, hydraulic and electric). Gear operators are fitted as standard at certain sizes / pressure classes.
